Today was the start of my taper for the Canberra Marathon. After yesterdays run I feel surprisingly good. This mornings run was the out and back to Pine Is. The out leg was quite fast and the back leg was okay but I did loose it in the middle part. My endurance has really picked up over the last few weeks so the distance should not be a problem it will be what pace can I maintain.
This week will be shorter runs, focusing on running at a high tempo than usual.

Just a couple of good runs and confidence returns, you should be Ok now. No cyclists on the mthn course, just get it done. Sounds like the form has returned.
