Marathon Preparation

Running Calendar: Canberra Marathon - April, Canberra Half - May, Googong Half - July and Jaggad Bush Marathon - July.

Well I have put my entry in for this years Canberra Marathon. The plan from now on is to get as much running in my legs as I can. Luckily Easter is around the corner and the opportunity to put in some runs of a decent distance. I had a call from the people at GME about my Garmin. Seems the buttons are frozen and as they are sealed units can not be fixed. So another $121 dollars and I get another unit which should arrive on Monday. Once you have had one and then have to go back to a normal watch that only does time, you realize how great they are.

I can't run anywhere without mine, you do get used to having it. Decision made on the marathon, now just get stuck into the training. Three Saturday long runs, plenty of time.
