A Good Solid Run

Today was a pre-arranged run with two fruits. Anywhere between 30 - 35km was the goal given the pace would be pretty hot. I met two fruits on the track behind my place and we proceeded on a run along the trails that took in most of the major hills on this side of the valley.

I handled most of it okay and thought that there was real improvement over today's run and my runs in January. By the end of the run my legs were feeling tired.

It was a really enjoyable run and one that will do wonders for my marathon preparation. It is also the first time I have run over 100km since I injured my leg.
