My replacement Garmin arrived today so I took it for a spin after work. It didn't make me go faster but it was good to know what pace I was doing. The usual run around Tuggie hill. I couldn't get into the swing of it after a manic day at work.

A new toy always makes you feel better because knowing you are slow is better than not knowing!! Now, Saturday, still on? I will leave home at 7:00am and run to the Tuggie Hill track behind your place, allow 25 minutes. Meet you up there and continue on towards Chisholm, Gilmore, MacArthur towards Isaacs. Work out distance and time after that. If that is OK, just put note on my Blog, I will check a couple of times before the weekend.
