Yesterday was a rest day. A time to recharge and rehydrate after Saturday's run.

Today was the first day of holidays and I started it off with a run that is loop two of the three leaf clover. It takes in Conder, Banks and Gordon then down to Pt Hut and along the river track to Pine Is to the playground and return home the usual way.

A different run planned for tomorrow.

Make one day a trip to the oval for a bit of speed work. Any thing will do, the long tempo running I do or some 200s, 400s up to 1 kms. Just changes the leg speed.
