Wednesday I ran to the oval for my speed session. I thought I would be sharing the track with a cast of thousands. I was surprised to find it completely vacant. I found it tough going. This really is a session that should be done in the morning when the legs are fresh. The lap times are much better than they should be.

Tonight was much shorter than I have been running. I am trying to add tempo intervals into each run.
