After last Monday's run I had a rest day on Tuesday. On Wednesday I tried to run but was back to square one. I didn't run Thursday or Friday and thought I would have to go back to the Physio.
This morning I got up so I could walk on the treadmill and do some stretching and weights. Did my session and must have put something back in place. I felt better than I have all week, so I had to go for a run.
I did loop 2 of a run I call Three Leaf Clover. It wasn't fast but at this stage a run is a run. I will see how it goes over night and run again tomorrow.
