Running Calendar: Weston Creek Half Marathon, Canberra Marathon and something in between.
I ran my normal run this morning, nothing special except for the rain. Not fast but a lot better than Tuesdays run. I also went to the physio again. It seems that my hip flexors are causing some of the problem and I am using them to stabilise my pelvis when I run rather than my core abs. It's a habit that I will have to work on breaking.
