How Do You Measure Improvement

Afternoon Run Distance:13:10Km

Weekly Total:26.20

Yearly Total:411.98
Running Calendar: Weston Creek Half Marathon, Canberra Marathon and something in between.

I use two things as my measure of improvement. Faster time and the ability to run for longer periods at a certain pace.

My times are getting faster each time I run. I just need to keep stringing runs together and my times should start to drop.
