Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.
After having two good running days this mornings run was a bit of a surprise. It started out ok but then my leg played up. I think it has to do with my forced short stride. I cut the run short and have iced this afternoon. Will try again tomorrow. I will give running on the road away for a few weeks and stick to the tracks.
