Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.

After yesterdays run I thought that I was in for a long slow rehabilitation. But this morning I got up early and set off on my scheduled 20Km run. It was a bit tight for the the first 4 or 5Km but then it loosened up and felt the best it's been for a while. Could quite easily have run another 10Kms. The pace wasn't anything startling but I did manage to run continuously.

Not many out this morning, a few dog walkers, the usual crowd of roos and a few rabbits who thought I couldn't see them.

Off to the Summer Nats now, should be a great day.
