Still Running

Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.

Yesterday was a forced day off running to give my injury time to settle down. From reading various web sites I have worked out that it is a strained adductor. I skipped the morning run in favor of the afternoon run.

Tomorrow morning is a long run. Out and back to Pine Island which will take me over the 100Km for the week. Then it's off to Summer Nats for some car and people watching.
