Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.
Today was my first day back at work after the Christmas/ New Year break. Not many there as they all opted to take the rest of the week on leave.
I ran my normal morning run and I was only 10mins slower than usual. I am still being careful not to push the pace or try to stride out. Feeling the effects of not icing.
Just finished my afternoon run. I paid the price for not icing with several twinges during the latter third of the run. Decided to play it safe and walk a fair bit of the last part.

Easy on that 2nd run or leave it out until the hammy is really OK. Could be doing more harm than good. Read Strewth's blog recent story.
