Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.
I have been on leave for the past week and have not done any running but plenty of walking and core exercises. The leg has healed but still doesn't feel right. So, I have an appointment at the Physio on Friday to get a medical opinion and hopefully a solution.
I am leaving my decision on running 6FT until after I have seen the physio. But it is only a slim chance.
