Yesterday and today were identical runs around the base of Tuggeranong Hill. Flat with a couple of hills(which I walked). Yesterday's run was quite slow but today I ran it like a race and I was pleased with the final time. I've had some Pirriformis discomfort brought on by spending last weekend in the garden bending and lifting. It seems to be subsiding. Too close to SFT now to get any treatment.

After the rain yesterday and last night there was a lot of water run off and the track was boggy in places, traction was a bit of a problem. I managed to get all but the last 1km done before the rain came down.

Looking at the long range forecast for SFT I think the track may be heavy with some showers and Cox's river will certainly be up. Better pack your snorkel.

12km planned for tomorrow, rest on Wednesday, 8km on Thursday and that's all she wrote.

I'm only packing flippers, guess I'll have to breath & flap the arms to get across.

Good thing about Cox's is that it drains quickly. Only problem will be if there's a downpour Saturday night.

Don't care if it pours on Saturday night, more of a problem if it happens on Friday night.
