Just a case of getting on with it. The last couple of days I have had some trigger points creeping into my legs. Nothing much for it but massage and stretching.

It hasn't affected my running, it's more a mental thing. Not many runs left before I am in full taper.

The taper should fix the niggles. A shame to be running less though, when the weather is perfect for running!
