This morning was the first Saturday run I have done solo since late October/ early November. So it was strange not to have to drive somewhere before the run.

A 7:30AM start for a run I call Two Fruits loop. This is a run I really enjoy. It has a little bit of everything. An so did my running. I started out at a cracking pace. A little over the half way mark I developed a pain in my knee that would come and go. Just one of those annoying things that I hope doesn't develop into anything more.
