Things are coming together and my runs are slowly getting faster. I had rest days on Wednesday and Friday just to let the body recover from the tougher runs on the harder surface.

Given Two Fruits is still not 100% I knew there would be no planned morning run. So I ran Two Fruits Loop again just to see what progress I have made. 14mins quicker this week so the legs are freshening up.

The weekly total is getting better and next week I will be back to the over 100km mark. The monthly total has suffered with the best part of two weeks out tapering and recovering from SFT.

Tomorrow is a speed session. It will be interesting to see if the times are faster.
