Well here we are inside the last week. Seems like only yesterday that I started out on Two Fruits training program. A lot of progress has been made and I feel I am ready. Thanks Two Fruits and everyone else who has run in the group.
The plan from now until Friday is to do two more short runs and carbo load from Wednesday.
Other than that relax and keep safe.

See you in the mountains. It's going to be a fun weekend (I think). Well everything except the bit from the river to the last downhill.
Well done for SFT - its certainly a challenging event hey! So will you be doing it again next year?
