On what was a perfect morning for running I made my way down to Calwell Oval for another speed session. The young coaching squad was down there again. Damn, some of those kids are fast. They made Grandpa look like he was standing still.

I was very happy with my times. They are all on the improve. Hopefully this will translate to a quicker time at Canberra Marathon.

Well done, good speed, just stay away when the kids are running, not good for the confidence. You have recovered well, looking good for Canb mthn.
