Any soreness I had from SFT is now a thing of the past. This afternoon I ventured out for my first run back. No problems and no apparent slowness. Only a short run but I felt good.
A slightly longer run tomorrow and then a long run on Saturday. Next week it's time to ramp up the training, especially the speed, for the Canberra Marathon.
It feels strange that there will be no running group on Saturday.
