A terrific run yesterday with Two Fruits. We ran the two fruits loop with the added extra of Mt Taylor. A good challenging run with lots of hills. By the time I got home I had 42km on the Garmin which took me over the 100km for the week.

Today I ran to Pine Is and then home via the river track, dog exercise yard and when I got to the sub station I went right and did a loop of the Eastern side of Theodore hill. Then it was down to Pine Is to stand in the water for 10 mins. I have worked out that when the water is cold at this time of the year you should turn around to face the bank. Once your legs go numb it is really hard to turn around to get out. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day but I will probably do a short run in the morning.
