Tonight was my mid run. Fadden Pines then to lake Tuggeranong and back. Dark and cold, no rain this time. Took about 7 mins off my previous best.

On Saturday morning, I need to go over the Mt Ainslie course for Sunday's vet's monthly handicap race. The course is the main track around the base of Mt Ainslie and I need to mark where the km markers will go for race day. I will use that as part of a longer run, don't quite how long I will run, but shorter than normal, maybe around 30 km. I will still start at Molonglo, a frost predicted, so a start at 8:30 am.
Join me if you wish, you can always add a bit more on if you want longer.
Two Fruits, I need to do longer, around the 50km mark. I won't join you this time, instead I will run the two fruits loop with Isaccs and Mt Taylor thrown in.
