This morning's run was planned to be a long one. Pace didn't matter, it was an exercise in distance and time on my feet. I left around 8.30AM and I though it would be cold but I was surprised at how warm it was. I knew that the two layers wouldn't last long. I set off on the two fruits loop.
The brown and white long haired Kelpie was at the back of the Macarthur paddocks. A beaut dog, the sort that would run with you hour after hour. I ran the Isaccs loop and then over to Mt Taylor.
Finally made it home and I was short of my expected distance by about 7km. So a quick bite and a drink and out for a loop of Tuggie Hill.
Mission accomplished - time and distance.
A quick trip to Pine Is for a 6 min soak (it's getting colder) and back home.
