A recovery run this morning to Pine Is. and return by the river track and up through the dog exercise area and back home. My legs were a little slow at the beginning but they picked up as I ran.
Will run again tomorrow to take my monthly total over the 500km mark. I won't make the 2000km mark for the first half of the year but I gave it a good shake given the interupted start to the year. My new goal is 4000km for the year.

Plan is for at least 50 km on Saturday.Will we meet as usual on the track behind your place at 8:15 work it out from there. I'll leave home at 7:50 am. Reply on either blog.
Two Fruits I will see you on the track. I'm looking to do the same mileage.
