Could have run all day as the weather was as close to perfect as you could get. I did have other things to sort out today so I ran the run I do with Two Fruits. So I don't have to keep describing in I will call it the Two Fruits loop. I really enjoy this run, it has a good mix of flat and hills and you can run it as an easy run or a tempo. I just ran it as I felt and the pace I set with out trying is starting to get faster with each weeks running.
I have one more week of base training and then I go into the preparation phase. Increasing long runs (with hills), adding more tempo runs and cutting back on any gym work.
Tomorrow I will do the usual run to Pine Is. I might run it as a tempo, will see how I feel.

I've never had anything called after me, the Two Fruits loop sounds good. The plan sounds right to me leading into the next phase.
