Thursdays run was an out and back to Fadden Pines. Sometimes you start to run and everything just falls into place. This was such a run. Very fast out and fast back. 6mins off Mondays time. The speed is coming back.

This morning I started at 6:20AM. I needed to do a run of 42km to get to 100km for the week. Started out with the same run as last week with Two Fruits. When I got Wanniassa Ridge I whet up the same way as the Tour de Mountain course to the trig station and then across to Farrer Ridge and onto Mt Taylor. I ran around the base of Mt Taylor and then along Sulwood and down Athalon to Urambi Hill. Around Urambi and down past the golf course to Kambah Pool road. Along to Kambah Pool and then followed the river track back to Pine Is.

This is where the Garmin ticked over for 42km. I still had to get home. So I ran the usual path for my Sunday run, up behind the Bonython houses. Woodcock Dr, Conder, sub-station and home.

Good to run a long one but the next few will be shorter. Will go for a soak later this avo or sometime tomorrow.
