Running Calendar: Googong Half - July and Jaggad Bush Marathon - July, Brindabella Classic - October.

First run back after the Canberra Half. Nothing special, just a short one in the dark after work. Everything feels ok. The plan for the rest of the week is 16km tomorrow, 11km on Friday and then I have all day on Saturday to run as the wife and kids are in Wagga at a dance eistedford. I will probably run some long loops. With a whole day to run I have the potential to clock up some serious mileage.

Good to see you have recovered Ok from Sunday's half. I intend to do 7.5 km on Saturday, that's about all I can handle. Keep up the good running, i'll be back soon.
