Today was a scheduled run with Two Fruits. Three loops of different lengths. The first one being the longest and then two shorter loops. The first run was out and around many of the suburbs in Canberra and a few nature reserves. Lots of hills that really offered little in the way of rest but an excellent workout especially if you need to build this area of your running. The run ended at Two Fruits house where a banana and a refill of the drink bottle saw us out for the second run.

Out through the back of Gordon to Conder and then the Theodore sub station. I lost TF at this point as my legs were quite tired. I continued on around Theodore and then ran Christmas, Scantlebury Streets over the reserve to Lois Loader and then up the walkway to the track and home.

A quick drink and then down to Pine Is. for a soak in the river. The water is now cold an offers a great deal of relief for tired legs. As I finished TF came down having run the third loop of the run. An awesome performance. Thanks Two Fruits for another thoroughly enjoyable run.

A shorter run tomorrow to take me over the 100 mark andthen a longer run on Sunday.
