Another year older, another birthday done and dusted. A shorter run yesterday around loops 1 and 3 of the three leaf clover run. Today I left home at 6:45AM for a run down to Pine Is., river track, dog exercise area and home. The sun wasn't up yet so it was nice and cool.
My entry is in for the 25km at Deep Space. Looking forward to a challenging run.

You're getting in a good number of ks - should do well at Deep Space.
Yes, the temp in the AMs is lovely - toying with the idea of getting up before the crack of dawn for a few runs myself.
