What better way to spent Melbourne Cup morning than with a run to the top of Mt Tennant from the Visitor's Center via Bushfold Flats. It's a tough slog on any day but one well worth doing.

I tweaked my ankle on the way down the mountain but it wasn't until later in the day that it started to show. No bruising, just a little tender. I spent today applying ice. No running tomorrow and a short one on Friday. Should be good to go on Saturday.

Hope the ankle was ok to do the Three Peaks. And how is Mt Tennent these days - not got any easier I imagine?!
