Another visit to the physio this Wednesday and I expect to be given the all clear to start 'jogging'. Anyone who knows me knows I can't jog, I have to run.
So my plan from Wednesday avo on is to run/ walk the the 8km track around Tuggie Hill and build from there.
Saturday is the Mt Majura Three Peaks so there may be an opportunity to have a bit of a run there. Two Fruits can you advise if I am needed to look after a drink station and what the arrangements are.
Then the 8km at Deep Space and the full Tour de Mountain.
It has been a long break and one that I am not sure I would want to go through again. Lots of short runs with one long run may have to be the way forward for the next month. If I can get through that then I plan on taking a months leave to prepare for SFT. Even if I only ever run it once it will be worth it.
I am also going to join AMRA and start running the monthly handicap.

I have been in contact with John Harding, drinks stations are covered so I suggested that you and I follow the last runners and de mark the course. I didn't intend running after Saturday's up hill efforts, but thought an easy walk, jog behind the pack would be better. Post a reply on either blog. Good luck with the final visit to the physio.

The main races start at 6:30am with a shorter 7.3 km run just over Mt Majura starting at 7:00am.
If we could be at there by 6:15am, make some plans and see who is running. Pick me up on your way would be good, probably about 5:45am.
