This month is all about building. Big mileage and long time on feet. To help with this I have taken Wednesday's off for the month of May. The plan is to put in some long mid week runs where I can also practice my walking breaks and eating. I will build the mileage each week.
With the threat of rain today I got out early and ran the bike path through Calwell, up to Fadden Pines and then down to lake Tuggeranong. I then went up the eastern side to the top, under the underpass and up to the Kambah Pool road on Sulwood Dve. Turn around and run home via the western side of the lake. I finished 37k just as the rain started.

Good plan. You'll rack up some big miles. Also more pleasant to run long in the middle of the day as it gets colder.
