Another good week of running this week which included a 60k out and back run from Theodore to Black Mtn Peninsular and a beaut long run with Two Fruits yesterday.
This morning I was back at the Arboretum for 2 x 11k laps and 1 x 8k lap. A nice run with no one about early and only a few horses near the end of the last lap.
When I was on my first lap in the pine forest at the southern end I came across two foxes who were engaged in the heat of a rough and tumble play fight. I watched for a minute and then they broke and headed in my direction. When they saw me they ducked for cover. I could still see them but decided to let them be. A pleasant diversion from my running.
