Not too much to report. A good week of running with everything going to plan. A nice run this morning at the Arboretum. It was a bit cool and the fog didn't lift but I have been there with Two Fruits when it was a scorcher and definitely a lot harder.
Ready for week two of the plan.

If you are going to practice your walking & eating, may as well incorporate a few other necessities at the same time. Suggest you go to Calwell oval on a Wednesday & get used to going around in circles. Don't change directions until after at least 3 hours. Use lane 1 due to the tight corners.
Suggest also you enter & run the Canberra half marathon in a couple of weeks time. All this long slow running will kill your speed. Not so important in a 24 hour, but sure is in the 12 hour.
I'm going to run the off road half in Mulligan's Flat nature park on the weekend of your 12 hour. I need to keep the fast twitch fired up. As well I do the vet's monthly handicaps to keep racing speed.
