Today was the second of three Wednesday's I have taken off to fit in an extra long run. The same location as last week, Mt Taylor, and the same direction for all laps. This week it was hot and there was very little relief.
10 laps in 10hrs 50min. Some valuable time on feet. No running for me tomorrow or Friday to help consolidate today's work.
All the runs from here to CP100 will be a lot shorter as I taper down. I don't think I'll need the last planned day in two weeks time.

Hope you're still in the land of the living after the 50+k this morning. Tough way to run 100 miles in the week!
