Would much prefer to be on holidays, running early and resting up or taking coffee breaks with long lost friends-lol. (Was she wearing THAT dress?) But I'm not so I have to fit my run in during lunch.

I have focused on running the longer lunch run. They all seem to be consistent. One more tomorrow and then a rest day before Saturday's long run to Bull's Head.

Dress, not that one. jeans & top. But the muscles are certainly there from going to the gym. A good couple of hours catching up on 4 months of lost time.
