I opted out of Saturdays run not wanting to risk a re-injury. Instead I spent a slothful day watching the Cats win the flag.
Today I thought that blue skies would return.....I was wrong. The same conditions prevailed. So I put on warmer gear than the shorts and singlet I should be running in and headed outdoors.
A run to Pine Is then along the river track, dog yard and home. A good run but no speed. Just a consistent pace with little stopping. That's all I can manage at the moment.

Yes, not the best weekend weather-wise. A bit safer running closer to home on those sort of days.
