Another physio visit today and yes I got the green light to run again. Two runs during the week and then a longer run on the weekend. When I'm used to this then I can add another run during the week and gradually build distance.
To the mix I have to do stretching and building core stability.
So a run on Saturday at the Cotter looks like it's on the cards. I may start a little earlier knowing that all will catch me before the end. I'll just do the 15 miles and probably walk several of the hills.

Great stuff! Plan it so they catch you after the top of Jellylegs, then you can race them to Padovans.
