A really good run yesterday with Two Fruits around the Arboretum. It was a quality session with distance and time on feet at a healthy pace. For some reason I felt really good afterwards - no soreness or tiredness.
Out again this morning at 5:30AM for my run to Pine Is. No monetary gain today but a good dose of fresh air.
I have listed a few possible runs that I would like to get done this year. The aim is to build on the 100k base that I set down last year and push beyond that to 24HR runs.

Goodluck with your Stromlo 12hr prep. What do you think your longest training run will be?
Jog, the longest run will probably be the Cotter run to Bulls Head or cranking out laps of the Arboretum.
If I get time I might do a long run/walk from the Cotter-Pipeline-Bulls Head and back via Old Mill Road
