Yesterdays run with Two Fruits was a bit of a slow one. I don't think either of us found the grove. Still I was happy to get 37kms done. It all helps in the end. A great effort by Nick to get 80kms done, he should go well at the Tan next month.
Today I ran really late (for me) as I had to be the designated taxi for my kids. I ran the usual Sunday+ run and managed to get things back on track.

I saw 2F pulled up crook Sunday. Hope you didn't catch his bug. You're logging some big miles - should pay off well in the 60.
