I'm hoping for a carbon copy of today's weather next Saturday. An easy week of running this week leading in to the taper which starts now. Things a holding together ok tho a few niggles have crept in.
A few short runs early next week, carbo load and that's all that can be done.
On another note, a few runners (Kerrie B and Mick H) have mentioned buying running gear online from overseas. Wiggle is one of the online sites. I need a new pair of road shoes so I went to the Runners Shop and they retail the current model Brooks Glycerin for $249. On Wiggle they are A$128 with free delivery. You just have to be prepared to wait the 7-10 days for delivery. So that's where I'll be getting my running gear from now on.

Yes, a good tip about Wiggle. Half price is a bargin! I'm waiting for them to bring out the Saucony Kinvara in large sizes.
