Tis the season to be running. With that in mind Saturday was the start of building time on feet. Not the run we had planned but a good run all up. The weekly total had a healthy boost to 112km.
Today I backed up with the usual run to Pine Is. A promising run on tired legs.
A week of short runs planned before next Saturdays run to Bulls Head.

Very healthy total! Not quite up to Jog's standard for the Saturday run though. Only 20k for me as I was too slow to the computer for 6'. Next year will set the alarm for midnight.
