Today's session was with Two Fruits. The plan was to find a 5km loop at Deeks and keep running it for four hours, only stopping for drink stops. That should have given up around 40km.
Unfortunately the rally cars were using it and it was taped off. So we went over the road to Stromlo and after a little time sorting out where we could run because of construction we settled in to several different loops.
A good session that I achieved all I wanted out of the run. After cooling down I have pulled up quite sore so I will have watch it over the next few days.

The soreness, me a bit too, was probably from the overall speed and may be the grass surface. A few easy days will sort it out, take any running very easy.
You did well. Lap courses can be fun, although I'd be tempted to stop before the last lap on a 38k run. I can't really think of any flat 5k loops at Deeks or Stromlo. If only Central Basin of LBG was dirt!
