Just a quick update from my Saturday blog. The soreness I had after the run stayed with me most of Sunday so I didn't run. On Monday it felt a bit better so I ran at lunch time. A most uncomfortable run after which the swelling returned.

The upshot of which is a strained or ruptured hamstring. I only think it's a Grade 1 but the physio will confirm on Monday. I'm not going into panic mode yet as there is still plenty of time before Bush Capital and I have a very good base and lead up so far.

I hope it's just a strain - if so it shouldn't take too long to get over.

I'll give you a tip for running with Steve - run a metre or so behind and keep asking questions so he keeps talking and has to slow down ;)
