One week to go before Canberra Marathon. Yesterday I went for my last long run with Two Fruits. We ran a modified version of the Two Fruits loop. A good run, I spent too long getting out of my wet running gear and caught a chill. So now it's a forced taper a few days earlier than planned.

A few short runs during the week and walk on Saturday are all that I will do between now and the race. Good luck to everyone else who is racing, hope to see you at the start or finish.
