The title relates to the soccer idiots that started to set up in the inside of the running track while I and others were doing their laps. I was patient at first and then they got the sharp edge of my tongue. My warning of move your chairs, bags and crap to lanes 1 to 3 so that 4 to 8 were free for the runners or I'll move them for you! were begrudgingly heeded.
Other than that my run went well. These speed sessions have been translating well on the bike path runs. So they must be helping. I see no reason to drop them from the training program until after Canberra Marathon when I start the build up for Bush Capital.

No wonder I didn't see you, but I may have been too late anyway. They will take over if you let them but there is plenty of room. Bit like the model plane flyers and the golfers, always want to use the running track area. Good to see the times are improving on the grass. I will be there on Tuesday morning to try to improve on slow.
