Well the answer to the question is that I have a foot injury that I am trying to manage. I didn't run for a week trying to get it right. I thought it was and when I was on holiday on the Sunshine Coast I ran 18km runs every morning because the trails I found were so awesome I just couldn't help myself.
I didn't help my foot so last week I only ran one day and this week I haven't run at all. My foot is starting to fell a bit better. Will start some short running over the next few days. If it starts going pear shaped I will have to go to the physio.
I may drop the Orroral run so that I am right for Brindabella. Stay tuned.
