Yesterdays 30 min walk seemed to go ok. So today I increased it to 60 mins. When I finished my foot went straight into a bucket of ice and water. I'm taking no chances

Frustrating how this little or no running can be, when you really just want to get out there and cover lots of kms. Yep, SFT is the big picture item. Plenty of time, and I swear by the cold water and cross training on the mtn bike.
Your right. And this long weekend is traditionally a good excuse to get some extra kms in before BC. Even if I get the green light from the physio with so little running done I'm not sure how well I will go. Certainly don't want a DNF recorded against my name.
I am just hoping that by some miracle this will fix itself and I can get back to the business of running.
