I ran for the first time on Saturday. The first 10km was fine but the second 10 was a little difficult. So a visit to the physio on Monday. The diagnosis counted out Plantar Fasciitis but I have damaged the Fat Pad or put another way the heel. So no running until it has healed.
So I'm doing everything I can to make it to Brindabella Classic.

I am hopefull we can both be on the start line for Brindie. My doc said my problem was just one leg compensating for the other with a few blisters preventing normal foot strike on the ground. But a swelling today after a walk has put me back a only a few days, I hope. I probably only need a couple of decent runs before Brindie to get through the run, even if I walk a bit.
